Why use a VBRA member

For CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE Association Members voluntarily operate under CODES OF PRACTICE which include a simple and effective conciliation/arbitration scheme in the rare event something should go wrong. The car body repair code is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme. The VBRA code is the only one approved for vehicle body repair.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

It's your car and your choice where to have it repaired. The OFT, Association of British Insurers and Financial Services Authority all agree - it's your right to choose who repairs your vehicle. Don't be bullied by your insurer with false claims of services or guarantees you "won't receive" if you go outside their networks.
